Scoil Réalta na Maidine is an all boys Catholic Primary School which strives to provide the children of our community with a caring, happy and secure learning environment where the intellectual, spiritual, physical, moral, social, and cultural needs of the pupils are identified and nurtured by a dedicated and enthusiastic teaching staff.

Scoil Réalta na Maidine has been educating generations of Listowel families since 1836 and has seen many changes over the years. Scoil Réalta na Maidine has grown into a centre of learning excellence. Famous past pupils include Bryan Mac Mahon and John B. Keane which is testament to the well deserved reputation for excellence.
For the current academic year and beyond, the dedicated staff and Board of Management continue to excel in education to ensure that each individual student will reach their full potential both as a student in our school and in their future life.
