Discipline
The school has a Code of Discipline. It is essential that you co-operate with the school on all matters contained therein.The most important form of discipline is, of course, self-discipline and that is the ultimate goal.
School Rules
- We should walk while in the school building
- We should show respect for the whole school community
- We should tell the truth and be honest
- We should have a healthy lunch (glass bottles and cans not permitted)
- We do our work, do it well and do it on time
- We respect school property and the property of others
- We wear the correct uniform every day
Uniform
The school uniform consists of wine coloured v neck jumper, grey shirt and trouser and a wine coloured tie with grey stripes. The school crest is on the school jumper available from Kays Childrens Shop, 7 Charles Street, Listowel. For P.E. the boys may wear the school tracksuit (available from JK Sports, 23 William Street, Listowel) and a white t-shirt. Other tracksuits are not permitted. Boys who do not have a school tracksuit wear their uniform for P.E. Pupils must wear the correct uniform everyday. Anyone not wearing school uniform must bring a note of explanation.
